Our program includes a total of 20 hours of self-paced online modules coupled with 4 days of classroom education. We employ a combination of techniques including cutting-edge online resources, applied exercises, and real world case studies to help you make the most of your learning experience. Classroom sessions are conveniently scheduled during the week to fit easily into your busy professional schedule.
Blended learning provides an ideal combination of in-class and online learning. You'll study the formulas and concepts used by Green Belts at your own speed in self-paced modules. Then, you'll join other students in class to practice and apply what you've learned.
Houston's Six Sigma Green Belt program is an in-depth, interactive learning experience, offering a blended learning format to support the educational and scheduling needs of students. Our program is based on a case-study model that supports your learning by helping you apply new skills to real-world case studies.
Six Sigma Green Belts support organizational change through project management, communication, and technical process improvement. After receiving your Green Belt Certification, you will be able to quantify deliverables to an organization in terms of cost, quality, cycle time or safety improvements. Green Belts have a working knowledge of all aspects of the DMAIC model in accordance with Six Sigma principles.
